Presidio Development Partners, LLC (“PDP”) is a real estate investment and development company focused on urban infill real estate projects primarily in the Western United States, with a concentration in the San Francisco Bay Area. PDP brings more than 70 years of experience to the residential, office, industrial, retail, hotel and mixed-use properties which it develops, renovates and redevelops. The principals of PDP have been responsible for the acquisition and development of over 10 million square feet of real estate projects in over 30 U.S. metropolitan areas. Development projects have included ground-up construction, rehab/re-positioning, historic preservation, land development and brownfield projects.
Founded in 2000, PDP’s Mission is to create “best of class” properties that enhance the communities in which they are located while realizing our financial partners’ investment goals through well devised strategies and skillful execution with attention to detail.
Urban Communities LLC is PDP’s affiliated residential development company. Urban Communities specializes in acquiring land to entitle and build single-family, multi-family, and mixed-use projects in urban infill locations in the San Francisco Bay Area.
