Challenge: To design and completely rebuild a 60 year old, functionally obsolete building into a contemporary restaurant and Class A office space.
Results: Successful, ground floor restaurant with outdoor dining and upper floor, high ceiling, Class A office space was built and leased.
Details: Commencement Date: January 2014. Completion Date: Summer 2015. Current Status: Own and operate the building.
