Challenge: To design, obtain City approvals for, build and lease an urban, infill development project on an important main street near Stanford University.
Results: A contemporary expression of Mediterranean architecture was designed, built and leased to a high tech tenant.
Details: Commencement Date: November 2011. Completion Date: January 2015. Current Status: Own and operate the building.
Total Value: $40 million.
