Project Description: 230,000 square foot, five building historic rehab project consisting of 130,000 square feet of office space and 100,000 square feet of retail space.
Challenge: To re-position the existing buildings to take advantage of rising rents related to redevelopment occurring in the area.
Results: Buildings were redeveloped and re-tenanted to capture higher rents when local redevelopment occurred, then the buildings were sold for profit exceeding investor projections.
Details: Commencement Date: Oct. 2003. Completion Date: Oct. 2008. Current Status: Sold.
Total Value: $15 million.
