Project Description: 60,000 square foot, seven-story historic building rehab project containing 20,000 square feet of retail and 40,000 square feet of office space.
Challenge: To rehab the building systems and structure of a 100 year old building into modern office and retail space. To lease and sell the building during a market downturn.
Results: Captured underutilized space and redeveloped and fully leased the building. Then sold the building to investors on schedule. Outperformed the financial return objectives of our investor.
Details: Commencement Date: Jan. 2005. Completion Date: May 2009. Current Status: Sold.
